In such cases, Betriebliche Pflegelotsen (Occupational Care Guides) can offer initial support and advice to employees. Our training course for Occupational Care Guides is directed at employees, human resources manager and employee representatives of Thuringian companies and institutions.
The training course is a service of the ThAFF and the Thuringian Volunteer Foundation (Thüringer Ehrenamtsstiftung) and is implemented by the AWO Bildungswerk Thüringen.
